Employment type : 12 Month fixed term internship
Reporting to : Business Development Manager/ Finance Manager
The ideal candidate for this role will undergo a structured 12 month internship programme aimed at providing practical workplace exposure in different departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Tendering and front office functions. This role has a purpose of developing administrative, professional and business support skills while maintaining daily operational activities.
Minimum requirements for this role :
- Degree in Business Administration
- Any relevant BCom qualification
- Must be computer literate especially in MS word , Excel and OutlookHave strong verbal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and work in a team setting
- Valid drivers license will be considered advantageous
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Clear criminal record
Responsibilities for this role:
- Offer assistance in employee administration which include filing and maintaining personal records
- Ensure that the company complies with labour legislation and internal policies
- Capture invoices, expenses and petty cash records
- Do procurement documentation and supplier records
- Maintain tender database and submission records
- Perform front desk duties and visitor management
- Attend to all general administrative duties
