Vacancy for administration clerk
PHAKISA HOLDINGS IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY ORGANISED ADMINISTRATION CLERK TO SUPPORT SITE OPERATIONS.
Key Responsibilities For Administration Clerk :
- Process orders and track requisitions & deliveries
- Obtain supplier quotations and monitor performance
- Maintain document control and filing systems
- Capture stock movements and update registers
- Compile reports and maintain spreadsheets
- Assist with timesheets and time & attendance
- Maintain accurate records keeping and documentation
- Ensure compliance of SHEQ policies
- Perform support reporting and operational admin functions
Competencies for this role :
- Pay Attention to detail in everything
- Organised and reliable at all the times
- Strong record-keeping skills
Requirements for this role :
- Strong admin and coordination skills
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Understanding of construction terminology (advantage)
- South african citizens will be given preference for this role
- Clear criminal record
- Must be able to to work long hours without supervision
- Honest and reliable candidate
- Valid drivers licence will be considered an advantage
- Grade 12 ( Matric )
