VACANCY FOR ADMINISTRATION CLERK

Vacancy for administration clerk

PHAKISA HOLDINGS IS CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY ORGANISED ADMINISTRATION CLERK TO SUPPORT SITE OPERATIONS.

 

Key Responsibilities  For Administration Clerk  :

  • Process orders and track requisitions & deliveries
  • Obtain supplier quotations and monitor performance
  • Maintain document control and filing systems
  • Capture stock movements and update registers
  • Compile reports and maintain spreadsheets
  • Assist with timesheets and time & attendance
  • Maintain accurate records keeping and documentation
  • Ensure compliance of SHEQ policies
  • Perform support reporting and operational admin functions

 

Competencies for this role :

  • Pay Attention to detail in everything
  • Organised and reliable at all the times
  • Strong record-keeping skills

 

Requirements for this role :

  • Strong admin and coordination skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of construction terminology (advantage)
  • South african citizens will be given preference for this role
  • Clear criminal record
  • Must be able to to work long hours without supervision
  • Honest and reliable candidate
  • Valid drivers licence will be considered an advantage
  • Grade 12 ( Matric )
