Bidvest is currently looking for a highly driven and detailed oriented finance administrator with a strong background in debtors management to join its dynamic team . The successful candidate will process invoices and ensure accurate records.

Requirements for this role :
- South African citizen
- Grade 12 / Matric
- BCom Accounting or any Accounting qualification
- Experience in supply chain or logistics industry will be considered an advantage
- 2 years experience as finance administrator or similar role
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate especially Microsoft office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Pay attention to detail
Responsibilities for this role:
- Make sure invoices are captured and processed as well as receipts an̈d payments
- Perform follow up on overdue accounts by composing emails and calls
- Prepare debtors ageing reports monthly
- Ensure that invoices invoices are always completed in time
- Maintain customer credit limits nationally
- Liase with dept collectors on handed over debtors
- Ensure accurate billing in line with customer contracts and tarrifs
